Mandi, July 10: BJP MP from Mandi parliamentary constituency Kangana Ranaut says that the Smart City project of Mandi city has been stopped by the ruling Congress government of Himachal Pradesh. As soon as the BJP government is formed in Himachal Pradesh, work will be started on all the stalled projects. Kangana said this while talking to journalists after formally inaugurating her MP office in Mandi district.

Kangana said that she had got a tremendous lead from Mandi Sadar, so the expectations of the people here are also high, which it is my responsibility to fulfill. Therefore, the stalled project of Smart City here will be restarted when the BJP government is formed.

When Kangana was asked how the Smart City project has been stopped by the Congress government, she could not give a clear answer to this. She said that when the BJP government is formed in Himachal Pradesh, this thing will be known.

Kangana said that there is a lot of development work to be done in the entire Mandi parliamentary constituency, but we have to complete these development works by setting priorities. Priorities of development works will be set first. Whatever work is started, we will work with all our might to get it completed until it is completed.

She also requested the people of Mandi parliamentary constituency to set priorities for big works. She said that people can also give her suggestions in this regard. Kangana said that she is new to this Mandi parliamentary constituency and she needs everyone’s support and guidance.

In response to a question, Kangana said that she has started raising the issues of Mandi parliamentary constituency in Parliament. She has also sent her questions to many ministries, whose answers are yet to come. Her party is in power at the Center, so she will not share much with the media on these subjects. It is the job of the opposition to speak in the media and she has no objection to it. Kangana said that in future people will themselves know how she has raised the voice of Mandi in the Parliament.

Kangana said that she now has three offices in Mandi parliamentary constituency. One office is at her residence in Manali, while the second is at her residence in Sarkaghat. The third office is open in Mandi city. People can come and meet her in these offices as per their convenience. If she is not available in the office, then people can also give their problem in writing to the staff posted here, it will be resolved. On this occasion, Kangana also met the people and also listened to their problems.
