Lahaul Spiti News : The three-day tribal festival in Keylong to celebrate Jashn-e-Azadi concluded with a cultural evening and beauty pageant with the selection of Miss Garza.
MLA Ravi Thakur attended the closing ceremony as the chief guest. Another cultural evening where local artistes entertained the people. The beauty pageant was also an attraction of the festival.
Eleven participants took part in it. Sanyogita Thakur of Lahol was adjudged Miss Garza, Shaina of Kullu was the first runner up and Jasmine was the second runner up.
During this three-day festival, people paid their respects to the immortal martyrs of the country and patriotic songs were also sung in their memory, and cultural evenings also entertained the people in the festival.
The MLA also inspired people to inculcate the spirit of patriotism and also thanked everyone for this successful event.
