Kullu – Mischievous bears are entering the orchards and continuously damaging the trees laden with apple orchards. All the villagers have started keeping vigil throughout the night to protect the apple orchards from bears and their cubs.
The antics of bears are being continuously captured on camera –
These days, the people of Jobrang, Rape, Rachel, Jasrath and Nalda villages situated on the left bank of Lahaul Spiti valley are continuously troubled by the terror of bears and their cubs for a long time.
Bears and their cubs are continuously entering the orchards and causing huge damage to the apple laden trees of the apple orchards.
People of all the villages are seen keeping vigil throughout the night for the safety of their apple season in view of the threat to their apple season from bears and their cubs.
On Sunday evening, Indrajit Bhanu of Rachel village captured a female bear and cubs with two children near his village in his mobile camera. The female bear and her cubs are seen continuously having fun with each other as captured on camera.
