Under the plan, about fifty-five villages of Kinnaur district, which are along the Indo-Tibet border, have also been identified. Assistant Commissioner Sanjeev Kumar Bhanot said that necessary discussions are being held with the officials of the Central Government in this regard. He said that Heavy monsoon rains are hindering the collection of necessary documents for the scheme. In such a situation, some more time is being sought from the Central Government.
The Assistant Commissioner said that soon the necessary documents from the district would be sent to the center. He also said that for successful implementation of the scheme, vibrant villages would be created with the help of the district administration and gram panchayats so that the people get the benefit of the schemes of the government Get 100% profit.
The Deputy Commissioner said – Our fifty-five villages have been identified, in which everything from infrastructure development, skill development to connectivity gate, whatever is at the initial stage. Now we are making village profiles and uploading them in the portal. Apart from the action plan, we have been given a target till 31st July to fill and upload it on the portal. But due to the nature tragedy in our past, we asked the ministry for some time to give us some more time to complete these profiles.
