Kangra valley carnival has started in Kangra district headquarter Dharamshala. Agriculture Minister Chandra Kumar inaugurated this carnival late last evening.
He started festival and craft market based on coarse grains during this festival. Along with this, the demonstrations organized by various departments were also inaugurated.
Talking to Diary Times, the Agriculture Minister said that the government is working on new schemes to fulfill the goal of making Kangra district one of the best destinations in the country from the point of view of tourism.
