Himachal’s Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh Will Have To Pay Rs 4 Lakh To His Wife Sudarshana Every Month
Vikramaditya Singh, the flamboyant Public Works Department Minister of Himachal Pradesh Government and son of late Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, has received a big blow from Udaipur Family Court-3 of Rajasthan. Orders have been issued to PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh to pay Rs 4 lakh every month as maintenance to his estranged wife Sudarshana Singh Chundawat. Udaipur Family Court-3 has issued these orders.

According to media reports, Sudarshana Singh’s lawyer and senior advocate Bhanwar Singh Deora has said that Udaipur Family Court-3 has issued this order till the case is pending.
Sudarshana Singh Chundawat, wife of Shimla Rural MLA Vikramaditya Singh, had filed a complaint in Udaipur court on 17 October 2022 regarding domestic violence, in which Himachal Congress Committee President and mother-in-law Pratibha Singh, sister-in-law, Nandoi as well as Chandigarh’s Serious allegations were also made against the girl.
Udaipur Family Court-3 had also issued orders to the defendants to appear in the court. Sudarshana Singh Chundawat had demanded alimony of Rs 5 lakh per month. It is noteworthy that Vikramaditya Singh was married to Princess Sudarshana Chundawat of Mewar dynasty in March 2019.
According to Hindustan News, Udaipur Family Court-3 has given an important decision.
In the news published on the website of Hindustan newspaper, it was told that this marriage took place according to Hindu customs in Kanuta, Rajasthan.
Let us tell you that regarding the dispute with his wife, Vikramaditya Singh had said that this is my family matter and not a political issue.
Moreover, when this matter came to the surface in December 2022, there was a tussle going on in the state regarding cabinet expansion.
Vikramaditya Singh was also in the race for cabinet ministership, although later Vikramaditya Singh was given a department like Public Works as a cabinet minister.
