Shimla – The main responsibility of bringing Congress to the top in the Lok Sabha elections in Himachal Pradesh will be in the hands of Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
Due to which Congress and CM Sukhu will have a tough challenge to deal with BJP.
The government of Bharatiya Janata Party mainly functions as the central government.
The Congress party has also started a round of discussions in its camp regarding the Lok Sabha elections to be held next year.
The meeting of the National Congress Working Committee (CWC) held in the Indian capital New Delhi concluded on Monday.
Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu ji participated prominently in the meeting of the National Congress Working Committee. In the meeting, the Congress Party included the Chief Ministers of all the Congress ruled states in the meeting for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
On the other hand, the Congress Party has given orders to the potential candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections to go door-to-door to gather public opinion and feel the pulse of the public.
Himachal Pradesh currently has four Lok Sabha seats. Of these, only Mandi parliamentary seat is held by the Congress party. In view of this, the entire responsibility of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Himachal Pradesh has been handed over to Honourable Chief Minister Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu. In view of this, it is going to be no less than a challenge for the Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu to make the Congress Party win in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. At present there is a Bharatiya Janata Party government at the centre.
The Congress party in Himachal Pradesh will fight the upcoming Lok Sabha elections mainly on the basis of the development work undertaken by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu for the people of Himachal Pradesh and the efforts made in disaster management.
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that no disaster management relief amount has been provided yet by the Central Government.
Whereas the ruling Sukhu government of Himachal Pradesh has announced a disaster relief amount of Rs 4500 crore for the people of Himachal Pradesh.
