Himachal News : Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh has said that the work of restoring the roads damaged by this monsoon rain in the state is being done on a war footing. He said that money has been made available at the block level to open the roads and orders have also been issued to complete the tender process related to installation of ditches in two weeks.
The Public Works Minister said – Our department is trying to restore the roads as it is. It is doing it with full force. All the closed roads should be opened on priority, which are of PWD and along with that the link There are roads, there are roads of panchayats, instructions have also been given to them to open them immediately.
Additional budget has also been given. And in many places where additional budget was required, the divisions in which that too yesterday, the sanction has been given to these divisions by the government.
