Himachal News: Revenue Lok Adalat Will Be Held For Two Days In December, Pending Cases Of Partition Along With Death Will Be Settled.
The Multi Sector Committee, working under the guidelines of the High Power Committee, organized under the chief chairmanship of the Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, organized a review meeting on all the pending revenue cases in Himachal Pradesh on Monday. Along with this, all the guidelines have been issued by CM Sukhu to all the Deputy Commissioners of Himachal Pradesh to settle the important revenue cases of all the districts of Himachal Pradesh with mission mode and all the pending cases.

In the review meeting of all pending revenue cases, Chief Minister Sukhu issued guidelines to all the Deputy Commissioners to settle the pending revenue cases on mission mode –
Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has directed all the districts of Himachal Pradesh to settle all the pending revenue cases by 20th January, 2024 for all the pending cases of death, pending cases of all the divisions and pending cases of all the markings of the state of Himachal Pradesh.Chief Minister Sukhu issued Guidelines to all the Deputy Commissioners of Himachal Pradesh During Important Meeting Today Via Virtual Video Conferencing.

While presiding over the important meeting, CM Sukhu said that the present Himachal Pradesh State Government is the government of the general public and solving the problems of all the people is the most important priority of our government, under which the Himachal Pradesh Government should always wants to keep it zero for the number of all pending revenue cases.
CM Sukhu said that Himachal Pradesh has the highest number of pending revenue cases, necessary guidelines have been issued to settle them with immediate effect and all officers have been directed to deal with the increasing pending revenue cases.By seriously increasing the action process, guidelines have been issued to reduce the pending revenue cases of their respective districts to zero.
CM Sukhu said that starting from Naib Tehsildar of all the districts to all the Divisional Commissioners, the biggest challenge of Himachal Pradesh government is to organize daily public hearing process program of pending revenue cases in Himachal Pradesh and resolve all the problems in a timely manner.
CM Sukhu also said that the ACR report will also be presented by including the disposal of the pending process of pending revenue cases in the annual ACR report of all the officers of Himachal Pradesh.
CM Sukhu said that Himachal Pradesh State Government had organized all the death courts on 30th and 31st October, 2023 in all the twelve districts of Himachal Pradesh in which the best results have come out and also 41 thousand pending cases of all the deaths have been resolved. Out of nine hundred and seven cases, thirty one thousand one hundred and five cases have been successfully disposed of all the death courts.
CM Sukhu said that an important decision has been taken to organize special Lok Adalats in the entire Himachal Pradesh for the second time this year on 1st and 2nd of the coming month of December.
An important decision has been taken by the Himachal Pradesh Government to name the special Lok Adalat to be organized on 1st and 2nd December in twelve districts of entire Himachal Pradesh as ‘Revenue Lok Adalat’.
The disposal process of all the pending cases of Intkal as well as all the pending revenue cases of Taksim in the special courts of Revenue Lok Adalat to be held on 1st and 2nd December in entire Himachal Pradesh will be organized through public hearing with full priority.
CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has issued guidelines to all the Deputy Commissioners of Himachal Pradesh to send complete reports of all the cases on monthly basis for disposal.
Also, CM Sukhu has issued guidelines to the Deputy Commissioners to provide complete information about the person’s name, address as well as mobile number in the monthly report of all pending revenue cases.
CM Sukhu said that the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts have been asked to work through mission mode by holding daily meetings with all the officials of the Revenue Department in their respective districts to expeditiously dispose of all the pending revenue cases and implementing all the strategies Orders have been given By Sukhu to Deputy Commissioners of all the districts.
Also, CM Sukhu has issued guidelines to the Deputy Commissioners of all the twelve districts to settle all the revenue matters as soon as possible by including staff employees as per requirement.
Also, CM Sukhu has issued strict guidelines to the Deputy Commissioners of all the twelve districts of Himachal Pradesh. Clear guidelines have been issued not to give a date of more than three days to the pending revenue cases.
Chief Minister Sukhu said that for the convenience of the public, the Himachal Pradesh State Government has amended all the revenue laws and made changes.
Also, now the service of Himachal Pradesh Government summons has also been made available through electronic medium by the Himachal Pradesh Government.
CM Sukhu said that in order to overcome the continuous shortage of staff in all the twelve districts of Himachal Pradesh, the Himachal Pradesh State Government is going to provide all types of permissions to all the Deputy Commissioners by taking the services of retired lawmen.
CM Sukhu said that directions have been issued to the Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh to take action by holding frequent review meetings of all the pending revenue cases of Himachal Pradesh at the levels of all Divisional Commissioners.
CM Sukhu also said that directions have been issued to Himachal Pradesh Government’s Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi to organize a review meeting before January 20 for the continuous progress of the pending revenue cases in the entire Himachal Pradesh.
In the important meeting of the High Power Committee, Himachal Pradesh Government Revenue Affairs Minister Jagat Singh Negi, Himachal Pradesh Government Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department Minister Anirudh Singh, Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena, Chief Secretary to CM Sukhu Bharat Kheda, Additional Principal Secretary RD Nazim registered his presence in the important meeting held in the capital Shimla.
Also, the District Deputy Commissioners and all the Divisional Commissioners of all the twelve districts of Himachal Pradesh attended the important meeting of the High Power Committee through virtual meeting and registered their presence.

Till October 31, 2023, one thousand hundred and seven pending Partition cases in Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh, six hundred and eighty Partition cases in Chamba district, two thousand four hundred thirteen pending Partition cases in Hamirpur district, twelve thousand fourteen Pending Partition cases in Kangra district,one hundred and fifty six Pending Partition cases in Kinnaur district, one thousand fifty seven Pending Partition cases in Kullu district, forty eight Pending Partition cases in Lahaul-Spiti district, three thousand two hundred and eight Pending Partition cases in Mandi district, One thousand two hundred and eighty eight Pending Partition cases in the capital Shimla district, One thousand seventy two Pending Partition cases in Sirmaur district, One thousand one hundred fifty six Pending Partition cases in Solan district and Three thousand nine seventy three Pending Partition cases in Una district Have been recorded By All Twelve District Administration Of Himachal Pradesh.
