Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has said that all ministers and Congress MLAs of the state government will contribute one month’s salary to the disaster relief fund. He appealed to the people of the state to donate to this fund in a press conference in Shimla today, so that heavy rains And to help the flood affected people.

The Chief Minister said that today the state government has released an amount of one hundred and eighty-eight crore rupees as disaster relief, while earlier the government had released seventy-five crore rupees.

Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that the administrative and other officers of the state government would also contribute one day’s salary to the disaster relief fund. He told that one hundred and three people have died in the state so far during the rains while sixteen people are missing.

The Chief Minister said – Out of the seventy-five thousand reports that have come to us so far, we have evacuated about sixty-seven thousand tourists. We have evacuated twelve thousand poor vehicles from Manali. Ninety percent of the tourists in Manali city We are out.

All our tourists who are stuck now are in Kasaul, Tirthal Valley, everything is safe, when it comes to property and wealth, according to an estimate, about Rs 4,000 crores have come in handy.

The minimum loss that we are estimating is that it will not be compensated by money, it is four thousand crores. It has been decided that the members of the cabinet have decided that we will give our one month’s salary to this disaster fund.

Apart from this, the IAS officer association has also announced to give one day’s salary to this disaster fund.
