Excise policy case: Delhi HC to pass order on Manish Sisodia’s interim bail on June 5

The Delhi HC will on Monday pronounce its verdict on the interim bail plea of former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia on the grounds of his wife’s health. Sisodia was allowed to meet his wife on Saturday. Although he could not meet his wife.

The Delhi High Court will on Monday pronounce its verdict on the interim bail plea of former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia on the grounds of his wife’s health. A bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma, after considering the submissions during the hearing on Saturday, reserved its order while seeking fresh medical reports of Sisodia’s wife at LNJP Hospital.

The court on Friday allowed Manish Sisodia to meet his ailing wife in police custody on June 3 from 10 am to 5 pm as per rules. Sisodia was brought to his house on Saturday. However, he could not meet his wife. Sisodia’s wife was admitted to LNJP Hospital after her health deteriorated.
