A spokesman of the state government has said that no proposal is under consideration with the government to change the recruitment and promotion rules for the post of clerk in the secretariat.
The spokesperson said that a delegation of the State Secretariat Employees Union had met Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu in this regard and the Chief Minister had apprised him of the actual situation.
