Most of the SDMS have done that meeting and have made a detailed road map in it for example alternative roads That if a road gets closed, then which would be such an alternative road that should be used in emergency.
These instructions have also been given.
The black spots of the district were already identified and PWD has taken action on them well in time. Even if there are some left, we have in our mind the vulnerable stops, the spots which have been mapped and there we have kept man and machinery in readiness. They are in readiness if such as situation arises again.
If it happens, we are already prepared for it and our action on it will be very quick.
He said that due to heavy rains in Chamba district, 361 drinking water and irrigation schemes were blocked, out of which 341 schemes have been made smooth and similarly 647 out of 664 electrical transformers have been repaired. Has been given.
