The black spots of the district were already identified and PWD has taken action on them well in time. He said that due to heavy rains in Chamba district, 361 drinking water and irrigation schemes were blocked, out of which 341 schemes have been made smooth and similarly 647 out of 664 electrical transformers have been repaired. Has been given.
