Musk Seeks Dismissal of SEC Lawsuit Over 2022 Twitter Stake

Billionaire Elon Musk on Thursday filed a motion to dismiss a civil lawsuit by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which accused him of delaying the disclosure of his substantial stake in Twitter in 2022.

Musk later went on to acquire the social media company and rebranded it as X.
