Five Patients Airlifted from Stingri in Lahaul-Spiti to Kullu District Hospital

The Kullu district administration on Thursday airlifted five patients from Stingri in Lahaul-Spiti to ensure immediate medical care and admitted them to the Kullu District Hospital.
Upon receiving the information, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu directed the administration to bring Alka, Puran Singh, Ayush, Riyans, and his mother Sanjeeta to Kullu by air. All five patients have since been admitted to the district hospital, where the Chief Minister has instructed doctors to provide them with the best possible treatment.
Alongside the evacuation, essential supplies were also airlifted to Lahaul-Spiti on the Chief Minister’s orders to prevent shortages in the region, as road connectivity has been badly disrupted and several stretches have been washed away.
