Tourist from Ludhiana Dies in Rope Activity Mishap at Sadhupul

Solan, August 14 –
A man from Ludhiana lost his life in an accident during a rope activity at Sadhupul. The deceased has been identified as Gopal Sharma.

According to the complaint lodged by his wife, Richa Sharma, she had visited Sadhupul with her family on May 1, 2025. While participating in the rope activity, the rope suddenly came loose, causing her husband to fall from a height onto the ground.

He was rushed to a hospital in Solan, but succumbed to his injuries during treatment. Police at Kandaghat Police Station have registered a case under Sections 125 and 106(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and further investigation is underway.
