Shimla: 27 teachers will get state level teacher award on 5th September
27 teachers of government schools of Himachal will be honored on 5th September for doing excellent work in the field of education.
Shimla, 04 September: 27 teachers of government schools of Himachal will be honored on 5th September for doing excellent work in the field of education. The final list of teachers to be honored has been released by Education Secretary Rakesh Kanwar. This time the entire criteria for the State Teacher Award was changed by the state government.
For two days, the presentation of all the teachers who applied was done under the chairmanship of the Education Secretary in the Secretariat. After that, the names of these teachers have now been finalized by the State Level Committee. The program will start at 11 am on 5th September in Raj Bhavan in which all these teachers will be honored by the Governor.
Teachers who will receive the State Teacher Award include Dr. Sunil Dutt, Principal of Government Middle School Joginder Nagar, Kundan Lal, Lecturer Commerce of Government Middle School Anni, Sanjay Kumar, Lecturer Commerce of Senior Secondary School Sarahan, TGT Hardeep Singh of Tayuri School, Naresh Kumar, Language Teacher of Subathu School, Prem Singh Thakur, Language Teacher of Sultanpur School, Hemraj, Teacher of Mandi Dhangiara School, Sunil Kumar of Chakmoh School, Madhubala of Bharangi School, Upendra Thakur of Government Primary School Nihari, Surendra Kumar of Government Primary School Karsog One and Bhagirathi Sharma of Punj Villa School of Solan District.
Along with this, this award is to be given to teachers in tribal areas as well, in which Kedarnath Sharma of Chamba Rei School, Subhash Chandra, Language Teacher of Lada School, Chandan Devi, JBT Teacher of Pangi School, Sant Kumar Negi, Rita Bala of Brelingi Kinnaur will receive this award.
Along with this, special awards are also to be given to the teachers in which Rohit Verma of Narang School, Deepak Sharma of Mashobra School, JBT teacher Kanta Sharma of Chaupal School, Pushpendra Kaushik of Ghanagughat Solan School, Surendra Pundir of Chhogtali School, Lecturer Sanjeev Kumar of DIET Shimla, Head Master Upendra Singh Negi of Chuhara, Principal Mohan Sharma of Indore School and Principal Bhupendra Sisodiya of Tharoch School will be given this award.
